What does RCS identity mean?
RCS is next-generation SMS, with buttons and images right in the phone's messaging app. The sender is the name customers see at the top of the conversation. On every plan, customers always get a regular SMS if RCS isn't supported.
Start carefully. Give more mandate as trust grows.
At first KundReda suggests and you approve. Once you see it gets things right, you can let more happen on its own.
